Become a candidate with CFOPEOPLE

Once you have registered and uploaded your CV to the CFOPEOPLE candidate database, you will start receiving relevant job opportunities directly in your inbox. You can then choose to apply for a position by clicking the link provided in the job posting. If you are interested, we encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as interim positions are typically filled within 10 working days.

If a particular job does not match your skills, current employment situation, or interests, you are more than welcome to share the opportunity with your network. By doing so, you support yourself, your personal and professional network, and CFOPEOPLE.

After applying, you will typically be contacted by a CFOPEOPLE team member within a few days for a follow-up call to clarify your background, expectations, and potential fit for the role.

If both you and the CFOPEOPLE representative find it relevant to proceed with the dialogue, you will be invited for a more in-depth interview and possibly an assessment at our office in either Aarhus or Copenhagen.

Based on the extended interview and any assessments, CFOPEOPLE will select up to three candidates to be presented to the client for final interviews. For permanent roles, you will be hired directly by the client, who will manage the employment agreement and terms with you.

If you are hired for an interim, project-based, or Try & Hire position, you will either use your own business registration number (CVR) for monthly invoicing with CFOPEOPLE, or—if you do not have or do not wish to set up a CVR number—you can be employed on a project basis directly through CFOPEOPLE for the specific assignment.
