CFOPEOPLE was founded with the purpose of providing both urgent and long-term support to finance and accounting departments across Denmark.
We deliver skilled professionals for both interim (temporary) and permanent positions within organizations.
Drawing from our candidate database of 5,400+ pre-qualified professionals at all levels, we guarantee delivery of the interim talent and resources your company needs within just a few working days.
For permanent positions, we aim to present qualified candidates within 4–6 weeks.
Our services cover a wide range of roles—from basic bookkeeping, payroll, and controlling to Finance and Accounting Managers, as well as CFO-level candidates.
Candidates for these roles are sourced through CFOPEOPLE’s proprietary candidate database and extensive executive search processes.
CFOPEOPLE was founded in 2022 by Henrik Kryger and Rasmus Jerver.

Meet the team

Henrik Kryger

Henrik brings a strong practical and strategic business understanding from both Danish and international growth companies. He draws on extensive experience from roles as an independent owner-manager, CEO, CFO, Controller, and Business Developer across a wide range of organizations.
Henrik is passionate about numbers and leadership and spent seven years as Managing Partner at ECIT—one of Scandinavia’s leading providers of IT, payroll, and accounting outsourcing services.
He has previously worked as an Interim Manager and served as CEO at Gaia Solar and ADT/Tyco in Denmark, as well as Nordic CFO for ADT/Tyco and Techtronic Industries. Earlier in his career, Henrik worked for many years as a Business Controller and Business Developer at TDC, culminating in a two-year expatriate assignment in Finland.
Henrik holds a Master’s degree (Cand.Merc.) in Management Accounting and has continuously supplemented his education with courses and certifications in leadership, sales, and HR.

Rasmus Jerver

Rasmus brings 25 years of leadership experience from both the public sector and private enterprises across multiple industries, having held positions ranging from International Sales Director to CEO. He offers strong expertise in strategy, organizational and business development, as well as implementation and execution.
With a solid background in communication and marketing, Rasmus has worked extensively on identifying market potential and driving market development—both nationally and internationally. In addition, he brings 25 years of experience in professional board work across a wide range of companies and organizations.
When working with Rasmus, you can expect active, direct, and professional engagement—providing both support and constructive challenge in relation to your company’s opportunities and challenges.
Rasmus holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences (Cand.agro.) and has furthered his education in areas such as marketing, LEAN management, and corporate governance.

Edith Leonhardt

Edith Leonhardt brings over 20 years of professional experience as a senior consultant within headhunting, search & selection.
Throughout her career, Edith has worked with a wide range of clients—from large international corporations to smaller Danish companies—supporting them with recruitment, sales, advisory services, and employee retention strategies.
She has successfully managed recruitment projects for specialists across various fields, including IT, sales, engineering, HR, marketing, and finance.

Karina B. Stelmach

Karina brings extensive experience in payroll and accounting, having worked as a payroll and accounting consultant, finance manager, and controller in industries such as outsourcing, construction, property development, and leasing. Her primary focus areas are process optimization and financial development.
She has played a key role in transforming both payroll and finance functions—particularly in streamlining heavily manual payroll processes by implementing digital systems and automation. Karina can support the entire process, from needs assessment and system research to setup and testing of time registration and payroll systems.
As a controller, Karina is responsible for assisting both existing and new clients with financial and controlling tasks. In addition, she oversees CFOPEOPLE’s internal administration and financial operations.

Sanne Gents

Sanne brings valuable experience from both large and mid-sized global companies. She has previously worked in project management, management support, and investor relations at GN Store Nord, Coloplast, and Danske Spil. She also spent several years as an Executive Assistant and consultant in an oil company and a Canadian-owned helicopter firm in Stavanger, Norway.
Later in her career, Sanne became self-employed and worked as an HR consultant for several major companies, including Chr. Hansen, Abacus Medicine, and Mærsk. In recent years, she has been part of the recruitment industry at Azets Insights, focusing on interim solutions across finance, payroll, HR, IT, and ESG.
Sanne holds a Master’s degree in Communication (Cand.Comm.) and is a certified NLP Master. She has further enhanced her profile through leadership training in HR and certifications in multiple assessment tools.
